Lifestyle Coaching Package - 30 Days
If you’re looking to overhaul your lifestyle habits and kickstart your progress with your fitness and nutrition, this package is for you!
You will receive mindset coaching, nutrition coaching, personalized meal plans, recipes and grocery lists, and 5 strength training workouts per week. These workouts are based on how much time you have and what equipment you have access to as well as your current physical abilities and goals.
We will touch on everything from your wind-down routine before bed, to addressing any aches and pains or weaknesses in your body, time management and habit tracking and everything in between!
Weekly phone calls with your coach will keep you motivated and on track as well as real life adjustments to your plan. It’s hard to stick to an online template with a one week vacation in the middle or sick kiddos!
You’ll have access to messaging with your coach 24/7 and plenty of education and guidance on what is right for your body.
Bloodwork with your primary care doctor and an InBody Scan for body composition would be great to add on on to this coaching package before and after the 30 days if you are able to!
