I’ve worked with many competitive teen athletes as well as beginners, on both training and nutrition. Strength is only half the story, learning to fuel well, understand training progression, and develop a healthy relationship with food is what carries them into the next level of competition with confidence and longevity. My goal is always to build strong, resilient athletes who understand how to care for their bodies on and off the field.
